Brilliant Performances at “London Calling” Fall Revue

Last Friday evening, a talented group of students sang, 跳舞, and entertained a packed FoxHound Auditorium during the “London Calling” fall revue. The scene was stunning, the audience was attentive, and the performances were incredible.
Chorale and Theater Production opened the revue with a performance of Queen’s “You’re My Best Friend,” and the acts that followed all stayed with the theme of highlighting musicians from across the pond. Soloists sang love songs, ballads, and classic tunes, including 艾娃B. ’24 (Lulu’s “To Sir With Love”) 安娜C. ’25 (Harry Styles’ “Sign of the Times”), 伊莉斯L. ’26 (Cat Stevens’ “Wild World”), 艾娃D. ’26 (Petula Clark’s “Downtown”), 艾米问. ’24 (Elton John’s “Your Song”), and 玛利亚F. ’24 (Adele’s “Easy On Me).

Several performances brought British rock and roll energy to the production, including soloists Anila年代. ’25 (The Pretenders’ “Brass in Pocket”) and 瓦伦提娜维. ’26 (Radiohead’s “Creep”). Dance students took the stage performing choreography to “London Calling” by The Clash, 瑞茜·W演唱. ’25, and the Class of 2027 performed a rendition of the popular 90’s pop song “Wannabe” by the Spice Girls. The Beatles’ “Hello, Goodbye” was a fitting finale by Chorale and Theater Production.

If you were unable to attend — or even if you did — you can enjoy all of the performances via the photo and video galleries attached to this article.
